This Chardonnay is dry, smooth and buttery with high acidity giving it a lightness that blends well with fish, light meals, lunches as well as pasta and white meats. This completely dry wine should be served at room temperature to experience its full flavors. The grapes are grown locally on Celilo Vineyard.
